In 2020 we lost 75% of our crop here at Whitehall Vineyard, this came as a result of no frost protection. This year in 2021 we purchased 1,560 12-hour candles from the Crop Candle Company, which we lit over 20 nights of hard-hitting frost throughout April, subsequently saving this year’s crop.
